Agents must provide services professionally and maintain high quality standards. Consistent poor performance may result in account suspension.

4.3 Availability and Communication

Agents must keep their availability calendar updated and respond to booking requests within 24 hours. Professional communication is required.

4.4 Commission and Fees

BeeSeek charges a service fee on completed bookings. Fee structure and payment terms are outlined in the Agent Agreement.

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

5.2 Service Fees

BeeSeek charges a platform fee for facilitating connections between users and agents. Fees are clearly disclosed before booking confirmation.

5.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on specific circumstances and timing. Refund requests are handled case-by-case according to our refund policy.

5.4 Tax Responsibilities

Users and agents are responsible for their own tax obligations. BeeSeek may provide tax documentation as required by law.

6.1 Platform Mediation

BeeSeek provides mediation services for disputes between users and agents. We encourage resolution through our support team first.

6.2 Binding Arbitration

Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be settled through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

BeeSeek's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.1 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. BeeSeek may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate reasons.
